Delivery Information

Please note that the delivery information below applies only to orders placed online or on the telephone and paid for within a 24hr time fame.

Delivery Timing

Please note Ai Solutions cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and therefore, please allow up to 20 working days for standard delivery unless alternative dates are giving to you in any correspondence. This is subject to items ordered being in stock and payment received on time. We are unable to guarantee delivery earlier than this time frame.

Delivery Charges

The following delivery charges apply:

~ Standard Delivery (between 7 to 20 working days) £4.45 per Kg

Standard delivery is available on all orders placed through us.

~ Express Delivery (between 3 to 7 working days)via 

Express delivery is available on all orders (but excluding orders on large and bulky items like furniture or electronics).

Large/Bulky Goods/Special Order/Furniture

items that have a special delievery charge, including glassware, electronics, furniture, mirrors, lighting, large and bulky goods, will be subject to additional carriage charges and delievery times will vary. This is because these items require special packaging i.e, cages or crates.
